Interactive Voice Solutions bags kudos at the annual JAPEX Show

The 2011 staging of Jamaica Product Exchange's (JAPEX) business to business matchmaking session is well underway at the Montego Bay Convention Centre. Already, voice solutions company, Interactive Voice Solutions Jamaica (IVSja) has been bagging kudos for its innovative and efficient product and service offerings.

One such encouraging sentiment comes from Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce, Dr. Christpher Tufton.

While speaking to IVSja CEO David Riley at the booth earlier today (September 18), the Minister had positive remarks about the company's Call Accounting Software solution (Insider TPS). An obviously impressed Dr. Tufton remarked "You should tell a lot of businesses about this".

The Minister was also pleased with the cost cutting benefits that the software offers, especially as Jamaican businesses are encouraged to be more efficient.
Insider TPS (Track.Plan.Save) is one of IVSja's flagship products and sees the relevant software being linked to companies' telephone system, thereby cutting telephone bills by as much as 50%.

The IVSja booth is also showcasing its Message on Hold solution and will continue its showcase at the JAPEX event through to September 20, 2011.
