Interactive Voice Solutions Ltd joins annual JAPEX Show


From September 18-20, 2011, attendees at the Jamaica Promotions Corporation (JAMPRO)/Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association (JHTA)/ Jamaica Tourist Board (JTB)’s business to business matchmaking session can expect to see an exciting display from Interactive Voice Solutions Limited (IVS). The matchmaking event, which will be a feature of the annual JAPEX show, will be hosted at the Montego Bay Convention Centre over the period.

As a part of its display, IVS will showcase its products/services in innovative and appropriate forms, designed to give potential customers a first hand look and feel of the company’s offerings.
Though the focus will be on Insider TPS as the business tool for hotels to manage their telephone system and the Message on hold solution as an effective marketing tool, the IVS booth will also feature state of the art displays of its suite of business solutions.
According to Mr. David Riley, CEO for IVS, participation in this event adds to the company’s overall brand expansion strategy.

“As a part of our brand expansion thrust, IVS will be making our products more visible by taking it out in the domain of potential customers.   An exposition of this sort therefore provides the perfect platform to meet these objectives.  It is of great importance to us to have interactive dialogue with our customers as the first point of contact and trust that what we will showcase at the booth will be enough to truly demonstrate the effectiveness of the products which we have on offer”.  Mr. Riley noted.  

The IVS CEO further noted that a wide range of service offerings designed to meet the business needs of different types of business personnel will also be promoted at the event.
In undertaking this initiative, JAMPRO is seeking to make local linkages, by connecting more local suppliers with investors and buyers in the economy.
The Business linkages event will offer approximately 100 buyers from hotels, attractions and other tourism entities to showcase their products over the period.
