Built on Dialogic technology with a reliable and scalable IVR engine, IVS provides a powerful communication tool that can be integrated with any PBX or Key System, including Nortel Meridian and Norstar, Mitel, Avaya DEFINITY, Seimens, Hicom and CBX 9000 Series Systems. iEasy Mail has all the standard features of a typical voice mail system plus:

iEasy Mail is delivered on a per port basis starting at 4 ports and can be easily expanded to 8, 12, 16, or 24 ports for higher call volumes.


This dynamic business tool also has a natural advantage over the proprietary hardware based systems because of its storage capacity and the ease at which additional features can be implemented. The administrator manages and creates mailboxes on the system using a browser interface and these are accessible from any computer on the LAN. With a few clicks of the mouse an ieasy Mailbox can be configured in less than two minutes, ready for the user to add their personalized greeting and passcode for protection. iEasy Mail also boasts configuration which allows an unlimited number of messages, unlimited message length and unlimited mailbox size so your customers will never get the message "Sorry that mailbox is full, goodbye."
