IVS's interactively easy Automated Attendant can be configured to be the first point of contact or it can serve as a ‘standby’ Receptionist. In either configuration, iEasy Automated Attendant promptly answers the phone and gives callers the power to route themselves to the appropriate department or extension. Unlike other auto attendants that trap callers into a loop then frustrate them into hanging up, our Auto Attendant will not frustrate your customers. With the iEasy Auto Attendant, you and your customers will feel the difference and know that the solution was designed to make telephony communications an easy and truly interactive process.

iEasy Automated Attendant integrates with many PBX or Key System, including Nortel Meridian and Norstar, Mitel, Avaya DEFINITY, Seimens, Hicom and CBX 9000 Series Systems. It is also easily integrated with our iEasy VoiceMail System which will handle routed no-answer calls.

Unlike other solutions, iEasy Automated Attendant can be further customized to interface with Customer Information Systems thereby providing additional functions including account balances, placing orders or customer callouts.
